    2 BURSARY ACCOUNT NUMBER DOES NOT SHOW IN SEARCH
  • Try searching with your surname or first name rather than both.

    3 INVALID MATRIC NUMBER ON LOGIN
  • Ensure that you are using the right bursary account number
  • Check that you have the correct bursary account number then fill your personal data again.
  • If your bursary number has only two zero’s before the last number (001) please add a third (0001)

    5 PAYMENT PAGE GIVING FEES NOT SET
  • Ignore 50% Payment and please use 1st Semester or 100% Payment to pay for this semester

    6 INTERSWITCH REPORTS INSUFFICIENT BALANCE ON ATM CARD TO PAY FEES
  • Check that you have enough on your card for the student type chosen
  • Confirm that you have not made other payments through receipts
  • Check balance on card if you have tried repeatedly

    7 NOT FINDING APPROPRIATE STUDENT TYPE OPTION e.g Full Session, 100%
  • There is no Full Session payment online for 100 Level, please submit your cash card to Dr Akin Olaolu (Chiemela Ikonne Lecture Theartre) to balance for Full session after you have made appropriate payment online
  • Instead of 100% payment look for 1st Semester which refers to the same payment
  • Please search properly as most options are scattered

    8 INCORRECT BURSARY CLEARANCE
  • Go back online log on to payment page go to payment detail and print out the right bursary clearance.
  • For credit or Payment plan students you will need to first edit your student type in personal data page before proceeding as above.

    9 CREDIT STUDENT PRINTED ON BURSARY CLEARANCE
  • Ensure that your bursary clearance is ready for you online first.

    10 CREDIT STUDENT BURSARY CLEARANCE
  • Please ensure that your bursary clearance is ready, check notice boards.

    11 MEAL OPTION MISSING FROM PERSONAL DATA PRINT OUT
  • The personal data page is not suppose to contain your meal option please print bursary clearance
  • Edit personal data page then go back to payment detail page

    12 USING CARD AS WELL AS RECEIPT FOR PAYMENT
  • Please ensure that you have enough to pay for options online, if other payments have been made through receipts and your cash card does not have enough balance PLEASE record your receipt and submit your cash card to Dr Akin Olaolu (Chiemela Ikonne Lecture Theartre) to credit your account with its balance.
